Why should I be unbanned: Because I did not download any hacks and apparently I was mods I sub in the steam workshop which made it think I was hacking. It was mods that I got from the workshop that needed execute the "Lua scripts clientside" to work and I did not know that or the mods on the steam workshop that needed it. I also noticed that I needed to pay 2 dollar if I got banned by the anti cheat on the sever which I am not planning on doing because I never cheated in the first place and I never will. 
And I hope I get unbanned soon so I can play sandbox again with everyone and apply for membership.

If you're telling the truth, give us a list of every workshop download you have that would cause issues. I'm sure we could test them out, unless you're making this all up.

You... You know how the anticheat works... Right?
It looks in your GMOD files to see anything out of the ordinary (and skips over the things like addons or things influenced by them,) and finds any cheats previously recorded. It wouldn't have banned you unless you had an addon that installed like fucking LMAOBox or some shit on to your gmod.
Atleast thats what I think. I have no idea how to code lmao.

Workshop addons would not cause this, since workshop addons (the code from them at least) are not loaded when you join a server which doesn't use them. Although I did check the detection and it seems odd. I will check with the anticheat creator to see what the likelihood of it being a false positive is.

I actually have been able to play on other severs without getting banned like other sandbox severs, TTT hunt, zombie survival and have not been banned by any admin or anti cheat. I have checked my gmod console to see how I got banned but nothing pulled up besides this clientside bs.

Pay the fee or stay banned simple as that it doesnt matter if you arent hacking or not.

I'll unban you on the assumption it was a freak incident based on the detection type. If it happens again, then you're definitely doing something to cause it (hacking) and you won't get unbanned.
