Abusive Bengis... AGAIN

Okay, so abusive admin @Bengis was giving everyone on the server ear rape. Dingus ended up gagging him, and I perma gagged him as mic spam is a common occurrence for him. He then pitched a fit in chat against the admins who took action against his offences and the rest of the server while incriminating himself. He did ban himself for a day as a result, which would be perfectly fine for a reoccurring non-admin  repeat offender, but should be a demotion for abuse for an admin.

@Bengis also picked me up earlier on today with his phis gun for NO REASON or permission (will be happy to share the screenshot when I get on my desktop) 

@Bengis has broken the following Sandbox rules:

• Do not Mic spam.
  
• Do not chat spam.
  
• Do not argue with admins.
  
• Admins and Operators may not run any command on a player without their consent or reason.
  

How is this guy still an admin for such a reputable server???

Bengis has been showing a blatant disrespect for the rules, and then thinks its okay to get away with it if he just "punished himself" Looking at past reports on Ben (And his responses to them) he seems to have a very nonchalant attitude about rule breaking, which, at the very least, should have him demoted. It would be one thing if it was a one time incident, but from what I can see, it is becoming a trend.

Firstly: it was not earrape Second: i did not chat spam Third: i did not run a command on someone without consent or reason. As stated in admin rules "Any rank is responsible for punishing themselves appropriately if they have violated any of these rules." I punished myself suitably to the situation and dont think demotion for more than a week would be necessary.

It's one thing if you are using "Any rank is responsible for punishing themselves appropriately if they have violated any of these rules." to justify an accidental wrongdoing. But it is another thing if you are using it as a get out of jail free card because you felt like breaking the rules. This is also a repeated offense, and your attitude on the subject sets a poor example for every potential member wanting to become an admin, or any member in general. It is not in good fun, and just sayin', the clientside mute doesn't always work. Take it from someone who has it work only half of the time.

Firstly: dude, you upset half the server with your mic spam. Second: Pointlessly trying to backpedal and incriminate yourself in chat while firing shots at others in the chat was pretty spammy man. If you gave yourself say a week ban I probably would have just dropped it and moved on considering that would be more "appropriate" for your ongoing offences. One day is too easy for you though... Why are you an admin that needs to be administrated???

Thanks for agreeing. Saint says it will be an "indefinite" demotion so i don't know how long it will be.
