Why should you be unbanned?: Didn't mean to do it in the first place, I went out side to find the train that has a spamming horn since I literally cant hear a thing when those are going on, and just wanting get this sorted out and I do emit to wrong doing from it should of looked for another could of been doing it.

Well you still took admin action on someone you had no proof of doing anything wrong, and afterwards you refused to sit and talk about why you did it, I think you had this coming by acting the way you did, its only a day ban I think you can wait it out

I spoke to @"AncientHero" at length on Team Speak about what happened.

1. Phys gun grabbing another player without permission or reason (myself)
2. Removing jail to avoid punishment (just wanted to speak to @"AncientHero" as to what went wrong)

Since the offence was to me personally, I will go ahead and remove your ban, however it if you had done it to another player or had it interfered with other players I wouldn't have been able to un-ban. 

PS: Please do not accuse me of noise spam without evidence
