Oh, so technically in your own words he should just be perma banned anyways? I'm all about second (third, fourth, etc.) chances, but according to everyone else (including you) the dude is pure cancer. Ergo, I don't even need to know him to understand the dude is cancer.

I said if he still was cancerous, but he hasnt done anything cancerous for some time, dont say i said something i didnt actually say, and if you are all about second chances, why are you being so selfish with someone you havent even met? People change you know, im surprised you are just straight up believing everything you are told (which isnt false, he was cancerous, but we dont know if he is still cancerous yet) and not checking by yourself if he is still cancerous. Im not trying to start an argument, i just think you should see how things are by yourself, with your own eyes.
