Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
I should be an admin because I used to be an admin so I already know what I am doing, I have never abused my admin powers before, the reasoning for my demotion is because of my getting banned too much, and I have not been banned in a while.  Which puts me in the clear for that. 
Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.

You know, if you have to use an exploit to get a gun, you probably aren't supposed to use it. I don't know why you think what you said here in any way excuses your actions.
