[Denied] Prop Hunt

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
I found ghosting team today and couldn't do anything but pressure them to stop. I have seen how Jon handles things and he does not just straight ban which is not what I want to do but I found a ghosting duo today and knew no vote would pass so I pressured them to be on the same team but I would like to know I can handle things on my own if it came down to it.

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.

+respect, good Admin, and Prop Hunt is one of the easiest servers to admin... kinda hard for anyone to fuck it up...

+1 vouch, he had to have me handle a situation on Prop Hunt 3 that was out of his control a couple days ago, a group of people were ghosting externally, but they stopped shortly after I came on (I witnessed a round or two of ghosting, then they stopped after a warning). I feel he needs the extra power to handle the rise of ghosters we've been having on the Prop Hunt servers. He's a sufficient Operator, handling the in-game ghosting/spamming, but without access to the ban command for the bigger problems, he's powerless to stop them.

What?!?!? @Zellogi on a LFG server? Oh wait it was only for 30mins. The past few months you've basically started to become as relevant as @Puscy before he left. You should become more active then vouch, other than just vouching for a friend and using the Consultant rank as an excuse to not/barely do your role in the community or try to split the community into different groups while treating people who don't agree with you like shit.

My opinion (someone who plays on the PH servers): I think he should wait a little longer, learn how to spot people ghosting and how to handle it instead of wanting to ban them straight away/when to gag someone/knowing which spots are considered exploiting. Instead of worrying about his 2 week playtime on the server to see if he has enough hours. If you have to constantly check/worry about your playtime when you join then you should wait until you have more time available to play between those servers

Jon when I joined they were openly talking about where people were located. I did gag them. They were in a discord and passing these messages on to others saying "okay guys there is a can behind the box upstairs." He was no where near this and did this for 3 rounds straight. And I was checking my times on all servers. I only checked PH today because I have been sick as all hell which you know so I wanted to see how much my times have dropped.

1) I like how you take pot shots at @Zellogi on another member's staff app. Despite the fact that his internet is literally shit, and his computer isn't far behind.
2) Please point out a Consultant or Advisor that is more active, and doing a better job for LFG than @Zellogi ... (I'll wait)
3) You're literally splitting hairs as to why @TrueCrimson shouldn't be an admin. How does managing time across 3 servers indicate anything problemattic? If anything it actually indicates that he is very committed to his job, and actually cares about the community. The dude's domain is TTT, please tell me more how he doesn't know about ghosting...

With all due respect, my role in the community is not the same as yours. Sure I get admin on all servers, but I also get moderation of the forums, the ability to accept members, and TeamSpeak privileges. If you think I'm "not doing my role in the community" because I don't sit in game 24/7, then you clearly don't know what Consultants do. We have a (mostly) active staff roster for TTT and Sandbox, and I'm trying to get more people accepted for Prop Hunt so the staff list for that increases as well, but it seems you don't want anyone to become admin because then they wouldn't have to come to you for punishments. He is applying for admin, for the exact same reason I applied back in May of 2016: because sometimes you get put into situations where an Operator's power limits cannot handle the situation, and a ban is required. Don't even try to pull the voteban shit, you and I both know that never works.

Why are you bringing me into this? I applied before having enough time that time and was planning to gather enough playtime before Saint accepted/denied apps, but he accepted/denied staff apps sooner than I expected, so I was at fault there, maybe Jon didn't know about my playtime or maybe he did, you don't know that and him vouching me dosent exactly mean he only vouched me because I'm his friend, I was also a good admin on Prop Hunt so he could have vouched me for that. Jon is a good admin on all the servers he is admin on and I trust his judgement. You should have I mind he haves been an admin since before you even joined lfg, Im sure he haves a good reason for his reply.

Besides he isn't -vouching, he just said @TrueCrimson should just wait a little longer, I'm sure Jon will vouch if he plays a little more with him.

@TrueCrimson is a good admin on TTT and I'm not saying he would be a bad admin on PH, I think he would be a good admin on PH as well but he should play with Jon a little longer so he can understand his reasons and so he can get him to vouch for him. 

As an ex prop hunt admin I +support since I believe @TrueCrimson can be a good Prop Hunt admin if he gives it more time.

I don't agree with jon on what he said about zellogi tho, not everyone haves as much time to play Gmod as  he does and Zellogi was a prop hunt admin before becoming consultant so he should know if @Trucrimson is ready or not

@Zellogi Playing on the servers does help a lot to see how one handles a certain situation or what's going on, instead of rarely playing on the server using the excuse "I'm a Consultant, that's why we have admins"

if that's the case, then just let the active admin(s) that actually plays on those servers to handle the application (since they know what's going on) with their opinions instead of saying "Oh well. We're friends, so I'll just go ahead and give my vouch."

I've been in quite a few games since he's become Operator where ghosting went unnoticed by him, just like yesterday a group of 6 were ghosting, then a little bit later a group of 4 were ghosting. When he's on I don't say anything so he could try to spot them without me pointing them out and see how he would handle it (I wasn't saying he should do a voteban, because that rarely passes, but there's another method that does work against ghosting *which I did tell him what to do*). Ended up watching both groups continue to ghost until the next map, in which I finally stepped in and got both groups to stop ghosting and join their friends on the other team instead of just issuing a ban right away.

Also if I didn't want him to become an admin I would've gone with a -Vouch, I was just stating he should wait a little longer and learn more (which you don't care about). @Zellogi Now tell me what's the use of becoming an admin if you can't even spot something simple without them having to say "hey we're ghosting".
