To start, I would say that he's gone through enough chances to just be worth getting rid of in the first place, even without the doxxing issue. We gave him chances, but at this point all he does is hurt the rest of LFG and their community.
However, beyond that I would say doxxing people is more then worthy of a ban itself. He has gone beyond just breaking the server rules, he is actually breaking the law. Just as a CYA banning him would show that LFG as a whole respects the law, while leaving him unbanned would show that LFG allows doxxing, and would be subject to whatever relevant laws there are (I am not a lawyer but even Twitter has been sued over other stuff like this).
