My policy on forceboss is that if more people vote yes then there are humans alive, then the vote is valid to pass.
There were 1 more votes for "Yes" then there were humans in this case.
you cant just do a vote like that that breaks game play when there is a considerate amount of people playing seriously.

this is a game breaking command, its meant for fun when there are less people or (for example) there are 3 zombies having a hard time. its not meant for 30+ players that are playing seriously . plus there were more zombies so that means the vote will pass because the zombies want to win and they will outnumber the votes of the humans. The zombies have an invested intrest to vote yes
