I mean it used to make some noise and light up but it's completely u responsive when I hit the lower button I even checked the pegs on the MOBO just took it off and put it back on, took out the battery, unplugged plugged back in, let it sit without being plugged in. Have you tried jumping the power supply to see if it works completely?
Also tried manually bridging the power pins on the motherboard?
