I mean it used to make some noise and light up but it's completely u responsive when I hit the lower button I even checked the pegs on the MOBO just took it off and put it back on, took out the battery, unplugged plugged back in, let it sit without being plugged in. I don't know what's wrong with it. It seems to receive power. All of my nerd friend D's never heard of this before so they don't know how to fix it either

Have you tried jumping the power supply to see if it works completely?
Also tried manually bridging the power pins on the motherboard?

Have you tried actually bringing it to a shop instead of just asking an online forum?

Wtf are you trying to say?
When has a hard drive prevented a computer from even turning on?
When was the last time we were ddosed and wtf does that have to do with this?

If I replace the power supply im gonna need someone else to re do all the wires cause I don't know how, and I'm too much of a pussy to try it and have it fuck something up
