Admins (or members) shouldn't be using any exploits to bypass the restriction system. They're restricted for a reason.

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
I should be an admin because I used to be an admin so I already know what I am doing, I have never abused my admin powers before, the reasoning for my demotion is because of my getting banned too much, and I have not been banned in a while.  Which puts me in the clear for that. 
Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.

Im not a admin but im going to quote something from my appeal 
{I have tried to be nice as possible to everyone on this appeal but I am done I am going to tell you everything i think about this even if you think its "Cocky" Well TOO BAD because by that logic j3kawsome and demonik were INSANSE and dont forget to mention that i said i might do the report after the takeover of my channel after j3kawsome faking trustiblity   the number is 1 staff btw and you tell this like its one sided i tried to exit to my own channel  to blow off some steam so i could sort this out nicely and they flowed me and nagged me wherever i went in that case i have the right to be mad at him i pass worded it gave to pass to demonik to try and one on one with him and he gives out the code and then j3kawsome doesn't get the memo about the password and comes in and acts like he want to help me and i fell for it and then the takeover happened and then he and demonik try to bribe me even though thats bad according to both of them and then i get saint and in the end you know who gave me the proof Xero Pain and if you want to say im some kind of monster this will be the monster hunting you the fact your no better then who you say i am that last part was for demonik and j3kaswome}
he hid the evidence from the baned person (me) and tried to screw me over muilplue times  and dont forget he sided with makrov as well

Although I do find it ironic that everyone completely forgave @maddman01 after one month for exploiting the server to give himself superadmin and in-turn abuse that, but forgiving @"卐Demonik1卐" for giving players restricted weapons 2 months after the fact is out of the question
