shortly? don't you mean instantly? that guy wasn't afk. It proves what people were saying that talvar kicks people for being afk when they really aren't, it is CLEAR proof that he does it, there is no way that you can say that guy was afk, he joined instantly after he was kicked, who knows how many more people he kicked who weren't afk and just decided to join another server...

I think people are forgetting the main point. Yes, Talvar did kick the Afk people for somewhat of a good reason. However, I know the two people who Talvar muted for "talking too much" and about how annoying they were(Don't forget he tells the person multiple times to make sure they know that he/she knows that they are disliked). While they may have been annoying to Talvar, that does not mean he should use his powers to gag them. That would be considered abuse. JoeyDaNinja is one of the people who he has yelled at to shut up on multiple occasions for "talking too much." In reality, other people and myself are listening to him. I do still consider Talvar as some sort of friend, but what he says went too far. I put up with his disrespect for some time, however, I also became annoyed at what he was saying to people. Being disrespectful to people is already something you should not do, in my opinion, as a staff member of a great community, you should 100% be respectful and act your age. I may only be 16, but I at least know some manners and when to keep my mouth shut.

From what I see people accuse him of disrespect, and abuse. The screenshots aren't really that strong, so most of us (including me) can't really pass judgement... If this all is true, then this should be a wake up call to him to watch what he says to people and not gag based on his personal like of the person. If Talvar is completely innocent the people that reported him should be ashamed of yourselves for slandering someone.... In hindsight next time something like this occurs record it, even if you just use your phone and speakers it still would be solid evidence.

It is 100% true and I can say that strongly. I would not lie about something like this.

Honestly, all i want to see or hear from Tavlar is that he does disrespect people and own up to it like a reliable staff member would do in this situation. I mean all he has done was explain the reasoning about the kicks but didn't explain his disrespect and abuse (gags). Obviously, we may not have evidence but who ever accepted his application should go to talk to him whether or not he abused or disrespect. I mean when people at stores complain about an employee, does the person of the report ask for "evidence". No. Evidence makes the case strong but were witnesses. The employer simply goes and talk to the employee who was reported and hope it never happens again. Lesson Learned. I mean you other guyz may "see" that he doesn't abuse or disrespect but I doubt you guys are up late on Deathrun. Because all I see are TTT and other gamemodes admins/Op/members vouch. Not saying you can't vouch obviously but you guys can't be %100 sure that he doesnt abuse at all. Especially when you all have different favorite gamemodes. You guys make it look like your with him 24/7 or whenever hes on. The people who vouch are the people who witnessed the event at the time. Just that alone, you should just go talk to him, discuss why hes being complained on. (Could just be a warning or a demote, either one is fine as long he gets the message) or have him reply to the report about his disrespect, and abuse together. Not just one thing and avoid the other points.

I don't know much about @Talvar and I've rarely played with him, but I will say this: IF this report is accurate, then it seems that @Talvar is gagging people and verbally attacking them with ad hominem (Latin for to the man). In other words, he has no real reason to gag people and is just doing it based on that persons personality
