Why I was banned: Wall hacking (60 minute ban)
Why I should be unbanned: 

TL;DR: There is no ban repeal needed because the ban is only 60 minutes. This post is to serve as feedback from a new and less experienced member / player and is not meant to be annoying to the admins who look through these. The way the server deals with its bans gives the offending player very limited information and therefore they can't learn from their mistakes making a non permanent ban somewhat pointless and extremely aggravating. 




                  For the past week, I have absolutely loved playing on the LFG sandbox server and interacting with its community. Every member has been awesome to me. They have been constructive, helpful, and extremely kind. The admins have been fair and enforced the rules, but have also bent them when the rules were no longer practical. For me, finding this server was like striking gold. All the other sandbox servers have awful communities, abusive admins, and had their player base filled with minges. And because of all this, I really care about this server and wish to be a part of one of the only positive communities. 



                  Recently, I received a 60 minute ban from the sandbox server. I was only given the reason:"wall hacking". The only possible explanation have is that I was using a small hand crafted expressions 2 script that placed a red 'X' above a players head so that I could find them. I had used this script numerous times before and not a single person had a problem with it. I had even gone as far to ask moderators if the e2 was abusive or if there was any problem with it at all. All of them replied, "no, you can use that e2". Minutes before receiving my ban, I had placed this e2 chip down with the harmless name, "find player". After placing the x above a grand total of 2 players' heads ( and then quickly removing it after so it was not too obnoxious), I received the ban. Before the ban, I was not given any verbal warning, nor was there any text based warning from any of the mod or admins on. Because of this and the lack of descriptive reasoning in the reason section of the ban description, I feel that this ban, and any ban given these condition is extremely unfair, unwarranted, and that it is imperative that there must be a specific description given to the player of how he/she was infringing so that they actually learn from their punishment.

To be honest, E2's that give you an advantage in combat aren't allowed. You basically just admitting to using an E2 to track players, even if it was for a short time, it's still not allowed. So this isn't really a ban appeal, more like a confession of crimes committed. There are rules against using E2 in the way you did, even if they're not explicitly stated. The rules can be a little vague at times, but something like this would obviously not be allowed. How is this different than an ESP hack that does the same thing? Minus the fact that you can somehow control who it tracks, of course.

The reason "Wall Hacking" is invalid, because, what you did isn't Wall Hacking (wtf is that even?) but it could be considered E2 Abuse, even if you didn't use the E2 for the purpose of gaining an advantage in combat. Honestly, I wouldn't care about this if you weren't running around killing players you were tracking (aka, you were in buildmode) as long as you weren't sharing your script with other players or openly advertising that you have it. E2 is a wonderful addon, but it also requires moderation due to the literally limitless possibilities it provides, both good and bad.
