Extra requirements To apply for staff

Looking at the admin list and the apply for staff forum I realize that there is to many operators and admins on some servers and some are not even that active I believe that Saint should increase the time that a member has to play on a server to apply for operator by maybe 24 hours and also the time an operator has to play on a server to apply for admin by a couple more hours or days. I also believe that a staff member should be demoted if offline for more than a week and not leave a thread on the leave or be absent forum/ LOA . Extra requirements should be listed and consider by @SaintLuther.

Once again this isn't a bad idea. Many people have other things in their life than lfg. I'd say if they're not active for like, a month, go for it, but not a day.

More time devoted to the server should be implemented, because 12 hours minimum required for operator and 24 for admin isn't that much. There are a lot of players who meet that criteria, imagine if they all applied, Saint would be spending days looking through applications lol.

And I also agree that if they have been inactive without a word, for 2 weeks or 1 month or whatever, that they should be demoted, it sure would clean up the operator/admin list of players who we haven't seen in fuck knows how long.

I already demote people who are inactive for like 2 weeks, I just don't check every single admin every day to see how long they are offline, I do it once every couple months...

This seems like a pretty good idea more play time shows two things that you can actually play and you are dedicated to a game.
