P.S. This is Cactus who made the app for him, everything in quotes is his exact words and spelling. I had to make it because he couldn't learn how to. Hopefully he will soon get a greater understanding of the forum

Ummm I have no say if you get Operator on the server or not, but you didn't really give any detailed information on really anything... And I understand that Cactus made this app for you but still I think you have to do a lil' bit better.

I tried to make him understand for about 1-2 in total out of 2 sessions of trying to help him. It got to the point I didn't give a shit how it was done and I did it.

But if he didn't figure out the formula of copy-pasting after 2 sessions, then how can he remember and enforce all of the rules? Why do you want him to have operator bad enough to do it for him? I've never met or played with this guy, so I'm just making assumptions based on the information I DO have, and that information leads me to believe that he is not the best choice for operator.
