I'm getting really sick of this crap with the overreacting admins in the server.

That jerk RDP8 banned me for a week for "prop pushing" stupid train dupe. I bumped into it and this asshole decides to go all power trip and ban me for a week. I was just messing around and he thinks it's ok to ban me. And I'm sure I'm not the only one he's ever done this to. And I couldn't explain anything because I just got a phone call right as the asshole admin was talking, so I couldn't exactly do both at once.

And to RDP8, lighten the fuck up you over-serious jerk. I'm not going to treat someone like you with any respect if you can't even taken a damn joke. Seriously man, I was just driving around and I thought you guys in the train could take a damn joke. Like I was train robber or something, you know, just having fun with it. I didn't know it was going to knock the damn train off or whatever, and for that I'm sorry. But I'm not sorry for you being a complete overreaction asshole about it.

And I only did two "offenses" in the last month or more. I prop killed this one idiot named Tryax once earlier in the day one day, and if you ask Materia about him he'll tell you how much of a little dumbass he was being. I spawned a tank above him and LMAO when it fell down and crushed him. And another time when Zellogi gagged or muted me, and I've just let that one go.

But I call bullshit on that and bumping into a stupid train being worth me getting banned for a week. To dare act like that small amount of stuff being like I've been doing it constantly is complete crap and is just a bunch of lies.

So I will politely request that I been unbanned and that the admins not take every little thing so super seriously all the time.

And I'm getting sick of you thinking you're above the rules. You should have been banned for openly admitting to prop killing, knowing that it's against the rules. Doesn't matter if you spawned something above someone else and he didn't move. Maybe he was afk? Doesn't give you the right to drop a tank on him. How would you like it if someone knocked on your door, was a prank, and you come back and some asshole drops a tank on you before you can do anything about it?

In regards to the ban, I wouldn't say it's worth a week, but definitely at least 24 hours, because you've been acting like an asshole to everyone. On a daily basis, you go on these rants about how people are scrubs because they use shotguns, and actually, that's mute worthy because that's player disrespect. I don't enforce the rules as strictly as I could, because I'm usually chill, but you've had this hair up your ass for a while now. So from me, here's what I think.

Ban Maintained: No
Ban Reduced: Yes, to 1-3 days while you chill out.

He didn't ban you for a week I did because you cause nothing but trouble when you get on. Like @Zellogi said you think you're above the rules and you don't deserve all this stuff.... Stop playing the victim for crying out loud. I enforce the rules like @Zellogi does but when you keep pulling the same shit over and over and over I start getting not so light with you.

Did you even talk to Materia about that guy? Seriously. You completely chose to ignore that whole thing. Go talk to Materia about a user name Tryax. And you'll actually find out I was right about him being an asshole.

And yeah, I'll admit that I prop killed Tryax with a tank, because he had it coming. He really was being an asshole to pretty much everyone. Again ask Materia about him.

And I can't tell you how many times I've been prop killed or whatever in one way or another. I've been killed by controlled lightsabers, run over by hoverboards, and just straight prop killed. So I'm not the only one doing it, but many people I've seen get away with it. 

So please don't think or act like I'm the biggest rule breaker or anything like that. Because I normally follow the rules and just have fun on the game. But I guess I should be a little more clear with whom I'm talking to in the future.

I don't care if Tryax is an asshole, this ban appeal is about you, not him. You got banned because we got sick of you thinking you were above the rules. You excessively disrespect players because of their choice of weapons. It doesn't matter if you think he deserved it, it was blatant prop kill. I wasn't on when you got banned, so I don't know the circumstances surrounding your ban. But anytime I see you on, the chat is just spammed with "much wow shotgun noob" or "omfg rpg spammer" or other disrespectful shit like that. You either need to learn to not be so salty, or maybe this server isn't for you because, welcome to Sandbox. People are gonna spam shotguns, RPGs, Lightsabers, etc because it's easy kills. Just learn to counter these.

You don't think that admitting that I prop killed and not trying make excuses is swallowing my pride? Because it kinda is.

I like being honest and I'm not going to hide or try to make excuses when I actually did something. But what bugs me is when anyone tries to bring up stuff that I may or may not have done months ago or more like it was yesterday. That seems really messed up to me.

If Zellogi is saying that he has had to mute or gag you because of disrespect then consider yourself lucky, because any other admin would just ban you. As to your situation if you have openly admitted to breaking the rules by prop killing someone then ban will probably be upheld. I do think a week is a little extreme unless this isn't the first time you have been banned/kicked/muted/gagged/whatever for this sort of behavior. Just don't be a dick and no-one will have any reason to ban you.
