The round started on ZS_pub and i managed to grab the sledge hammer and the shovel. When Apekis realized this he got mad because he wanted the sledge hammer.Then a little bit later i walked near zombie spawn and he asked me if i was going to be zombie. I said "yes" but i might have change my mind then the 1st round was about to start. He then said "OK,i have a plan for you". He then noclipped into the sky and teleported me to him so i would fall to my death and he could get the sledge hammer i got.

The image above is me after i fell to death from him teleporting me. You can see the command he ran in chat and you can also see him grabbing my items after killing me.

Dat Boi recently was bothered (I believe yesterday) for you taking crafting items and then going zombie, intentionally to cause them to be unobtainable. As I expected you to do this again, I asked "hey juan, are you going zombie?" You yourself responded "yep", so I took the actions that I thought would be good for everyone, as it would preserve your dropped items. Even if you would've changed your mind, you shouldn't have told me that you wanted to. I will admit to teleporting you to the skybox to cause your death, but I believe it was reasonable for reasons previously mentioned. (also it doesn't matter too much but i didn't noclip, i just looked up)
The next round, I was the first to the sledge hammer that spawned on the map. He then proceeded to destroy all the explosive items, which are necessary for the Mega Masher, a craftable I was attempting to make. I do not have evidence, but I have @Kry to back me up on everything stated.

It is completely true. I have seen Juan take crafting items and jump into a cesspool where no one can get them. He is extremly toxic to anyone that kills him. While I do admit that Apekis killed him, he did it with reason.

After looking at the rules, Juan was breaking rules, so Apekis was not even in the wrong for this.

I didn't steal the sledge hammer and shovel. I got to them first. plus i believe that rule only apply to when some one is actively crafting with two items on the ground and someone takes them. This was not that case, he wasn't crafting with the items. These Items were still at their map spawns

You were taking supplies needed for crafting, and basically getting rid of them, which is against the Zombie Survival rules.

Stealing craftables can be met with a slay if the offending party refuses to return the stolen item. Stripping the offender and giving the item to the victim through staff commands may also be necessary.

So you might as well be reporting yourself.

These are still referring to the fresh spawned items that were not being used for crafting and i grabbed them first.

Then you jumped into an infected zone and suicided, simply for the purpose of despawning the items so nobody else could get them, essentially screwing over your ex-teammates.
