Constant prop pushing and killing, also prop blocking the underground place with the elevators... Sad

I have no "Proof" for prop blocking but for pushing I do... Cool

@Ripjaw correct me if i'm wrong, but i'm pretty sure you're not supposed to handle situations after they're over and reported. Even as admin.

He got on the server 13 minutes after it was posted, so there's a good chance the offender was still on and breaking the rules.
