okay so today we were on the krusty krab map and galatix kept getting above the cash register area which isnt such a  big deal even

 tho its map exploit and not allowed to yet he also did it by whipping him self up there instead of prop surfing, he did this for like 5 or 6

rounds during the map, razerblade and pope saw this and we told him SEVERAL time to stop and to get down which he refused, i also
 have a YT vid of him doing it two different rounds

Yeah abusing slap and whip to do shit like this is 100% against the rules. I usually don't care about prop surfers unless they go into glitchy spots or out of map, or if they cause game flow issues (i.e last inno and ts can't get to them, etc.). I simply ask them to leave the spot and if they don't then I tp them. People who abuse commands, however, don't deserve to have those commands.

but idk how u can demote him unless u just take uber donator away from him

Could just remove slap and whip from donator ranks to prevent abuse like this in the future, at least on servers like TTT, Prop Hunt, and ZS. It's not that much of a big deal on Sandbox or Deathrun I don't think.

Don't know how often he actually does this, but I have seen him do it several times. The times I warned him, he said sorry and that he didn't know that it spammed the chat. I have no idea whether he was sorry for spamming the chat with slaps or for trying to get out of the map. IDK
