Just saying, if you claim a bounty you should be well aware of the risk of being karma banned, as it is essentially just being paid to RDM someone (thus the reason you get slain for it). If you cant keep your karma in check you have nobody to blame but yourself.
Also as i have said before, if you have already killed a few innocents, maybe you should consider not shooting people for a while? I think that not getting banned is slightly more important than not dying or getting points for claiming a bounty.
Lastly, just because somebody killed an innocent does not mean they are a traitor all the time, they could either be an RDMer or the innocent could have been one, its usually best to just stay out of it.

Though not regaining karma in spectator mode is news to me, so i guess i should add that to the karma guide.

so to prevent shit like this I'm going to make a suggestion.
Limit the amount of bounties that can be placed per round to 5.
so what to deal with huge ass fuck RDM Fests and with thousands of fucking reports.

He means make it to where there can only be 5 consecutive bounties per round. Doesnt matter who puts them, there can only be 5 per round. I dont like this idea personally but hey its an idea

Do you mean per map? Per round literally wouldn't change anything. Usually only 2-3 get put per round even when people are spamming 300 point bounties just to get people rdmd.

If you do mean per map, than a limit of 7-8 makes more sense, allows 1-2 a round.

Maybe make it so one person can only be bountied twice a map?
