You can just update your post to update the link and also fix the part where you repeated yourself.

Quick suggestions:

1) Ditch the CPU cooler, the CPU comes with one
2) Ditch the DVD drive, literally never use one and you can install Windows with a USB
3) Ditch the WiFi card if you can find a motherboard about $10 more expensive that has one integrated
4) Figure out how to get Windows for free, lots of ways to do that like using old keys from unused computers.
5) Buy a graphics card from eBay. You'll get at least 2x performance per dollar and there's a 90% chance of success and a 100% chance of refund if it doesn't work

Isn't that what he's doing? I mean if you click on the link, you see the parts he's using to put together the PC. And I'm pretty sure he's doing it himself
