Description: For an Operator, Talvar is very disrespectful, even to fellow staff. I do like Talvar, but I do not like how mean he is to people on the server, especially younger kids. Yes, people are entitled to their own opinions, but that does not mean that Talvar should spread his hatred. I think it is very rude when players on the server are very disrespectful, but I think it is especially worse for a staff member. I know people on the server who have already found that they dislike Talvar, just by playing with him once or twice. Talvar has gagged kids for "talking too much" (mostly just trying to talk to a friend), practically yells at people to shut up because they are annoying, and simply does not care about the community of LFG and their experience on the server.

Evidence: While I do have some bits of evidence, Talvar uses his mic to talk to others and generally never types.

I agree with Russell. In my case talvar doens't done anything to me but i have seen many cases that Talvar discriminates the players especially younger players,
