Well it looks like he has some explaining to do, to be fair I wan't to here his side of the story.

A thing I want to point out is that this report has been up for about a week, and Tavlar hasn't even made an attempt to redeem himself. The only thing put down by him is, "@cameroncm thanks man you always have my back". I mean, he could have denounced this report and gave reasons but he hasn't done that. I mean if he wants to keep his operator position if upper staff considers demoting him, wouldn't it be a good idea for him to put reasons down, and to give explanations for the things he did. I also want to say "@Talvar Is SO disrespectful! He once called me an asshole and I was triggered. -vouch" that this was not necessary. This makes me you look like an immature admin. "-vouch talvar may not be too friendly, but he's not a dick either." This response is straight to the point with no sarcasm or anything. A response like that is very much appreciated @cameroncm

If you right click the image and the click open in a new tab its not sideways anymore, well for me idk if it will work for you.

This is only two screenshots uploaded twice, but the third and fourth screenshot are literally the exact same as the first and second.
Also these do not show abuse, as kicking players for being afk is something I do on Sandbox if they're afk for a long time. This report is mainly about him gagging players for no reason, and no proof has been given to support that claim.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not on anyone's side. The two screenshots you provided could be useful if you could prove that the players he kicked were not afk for a while. But otherwise, I wouldn't consider it an abuse of power, especially on a server where AFK players make the game less fun.

If you looked at the first screenshot you'd see that one of the guys joined back right after.

Your reply is also irrelevant just stop arguing about whos response is relevant, its useless. Just reply if you have something that can actually prove that @Talvar was abusing since you seem to dislike him so much, Otherwise replying will have no contribution to the thread. (i know that my reply isnt relevant as well but im doing it for a greater good)

I'm friends with both of these people and russel is a very nice guy and I never see talvar doesn't disrespect anybody so unless u guys got prove to persuade me otherwise, my opinion will stay the same. -vouch
