I was votebanned by Shark for destroying players arsenals? Yet I was the only one to own the arsenal, every wave end I put the arsenal down and had it for myself, I don't see why i was banned. Arsenal spawns for players on the map it is not my fault i was able to pack it up first and have it for myself, some of these members have no rationality when it comes to bans and use the voteban system to claim no responsibility, rather putting the blame on the "majority". I seek to demote this player through this report, because of the reason of the consistent abuse of the voting system. Shark has abused the vote system with voteban spams, votemap spams anyways I didn't do anything wrong, I rather see myself being banned because I was destroying the zombie team on a roof.

Do you have other people to claim this case? (Other members, not your friends who will confirm even if they haven't seen it happen) you could also get a screenshot of this happening. If you can't get either of these things then the report will not get far. Oh, and typing the voteban isn't proof because you could have easily made up a reason and based a report off of it. I've never played with @Sharkwars11 but he seems like he would be a nice guy. I've also heard bad things about you. Until this report is further revealed, I will be leaning towards @Sharkwars11.

Even if @Sharkwars11 was demoted, they would still be member and still be able to start votes.. They abused none of their Operator permissions when they made this voteban. And one screenshot of a voteban isn't evidence of vote spamming.

The report never claimed votespam, if I'm correct. They just say they got banned. I personally don't support this report, because everyone had to have wanted him gone for the vote to have passed.

IV never seen shark spam the votes. IV seen other members do it for maps (never bans or kicks) and I told them to stop and they haven't done it since but that's not the point. The point is shark didn't spam it he did it once and the first vote won because honestly everyone on the server hates you and thinks you should be banned. Although you can't break the ars (unless you put it in z spawn or something) I don't think shark should be demoted for the majority wanting you banned

I don't have those screenshots, but it was directed upon Votemap spams. Anyways, I was falsely votebanned nonetheless and I want responsibility to be taken

Just because the "majority" voted yes does not mean they wanted me banned, especially when I'm the second last human on a rooftop killing all the zombies. That's like saying "I shot a man because everyone hated him, I shouldn't get in trouble!" That's not how a judicial system works nor does this form of voteban democracy work.  The onus is presented upon the person who did the act of creating the situation i.e Sharkwars, in this case. Not to mention the reason was "Breaking other people arsenals" when I had the only arsenal on the map...If your justification for banning players is upon emotions rather than rational thinking, then I think you'd be a good fit as a QuackGaming admin oh wait... they shut down because of that sort of thinking.

Permabanned from 5 ZS servers, your point? How is this an argument, rather a strawman argument with zero substance?
He was abusing his powers, whether it be staff or not, he used the voteban system that only "Members" can access so he can ban a player for no cause.
