I have no job and I get money by washing my dad's car for $1 as you can tell this will take a lot of time, I'm looking for a cheap graphics card with 4gbs got any suggestions?

GeForce GTX 950 would probably be a good option. Its not the absolute best graphics card, but its $109.99, and it can run more intensive games such as RUST, ARK, and GTA V if you're on lower graphics.

that's a nice card but maybe I'm leaning towards gtx 1050

Your choice, I have a GTX 1070, but thats because I invested most of my budget into a Good graphics card. My memory and Motherboard are mediocre, my CPU is good, and my coolant and fan are garbage. 1050 is good, just make sure its the 1050 Ti. Regular 1050 is worse than the 950, but TI is better if you're willing to invest another $20 into your graphics card.
