This is not the first time we have had this talk and I have talked to many other admins and even Zel. I am not opposed to the slay that I received, that is not the point of this post. What happened was I was shot and ran into a room but with in that split moment Tobi ran and so I thought he shot me but I was wrong. The slay is not what I am arguing. I put what I thought happened but he put in the report you are being slain. I have asked other people such as HunterBoommer, Zel, and Monkey and none of them said they would do that. People have expressed multiple time that Tobi has been a problem. Monkey along with other have said he needs to relearn the rules. He ounce tried to have me false slain for killing me off of a KOS that some one else called and Zel had to get involved and sided with me saying I had no way of knowing if it was real or not. Apekis and Saito have expressed issues with Tobi as well (sorry for the spelling). Tobi has influenced his reports before and everyone has said that one should not handle their own reports.

I would like to state again that it is not the slay but the response he gave that pushed me over the edge and want this taken care of. Tobi may follow the rules at times but his interpretation of them is clearly warped where he never admits to be wrong and have seen him handle situations rather poorly. I am not the only one who thinks this. Mr.Anon was there even had to express that what Tobi said in his reply to me was not allowed and clearly trying to be influential. Tobi claimed freedom of speech but he then mute people who says what they think. This was a big problem and clearly still is. There are a lot of people who agree some not even member but normal people who are on usually on our server. He clearly needs to relearn the rules and how to deal with people. He may "follow" the rules but people have all said he takes them to an abusive hight where he does not listen to people at all or let people explain their side of the story. He may look at logs but he also claims his side right all the time no matter what. He makes a bunch of hypocritical statements. He said today their are 2 sides to every story but he never asks others about them. This is becoming a problem and I have seen people actually leave the server because they do not like Tobi. He does use the logs but he handles things very badly and when reports involve him he gets slightly abusive and immature. He influences his reports and has told other admins to slay people for him because he was upset for dying and even argued with Zel.

Tobi clearly has a problem with power and even goes behind Admin's backs when they are not looking and when people say he can't do that he comes up with the most warped and bent reason about why he can but people are too scared to speak up because they don't want to get banned. Tobi will post that I "RDMed" him but that isn't the point of this post. He claimed 2 people were on his side such as Mr.Anon and Hunter but I asked them and neither actually said that. I accept the slay since I was wrong but the influencing of the reports and clear lack of help is ridiculous.

+vouch Tobi may not be a bad person at heart and may like LFG but at this point I think he needs a temporary demotion to member in order to better learn the rules. He has sometimes pushed false rules and mis-interpreted important rules that let people get away with slays or falsely punishes people.

My responses are: Yes I get angry. But when I handle reports I try my best. It's difficult putting up with someone arguing every single time a slay is dished. I snap easy and talk like I do because my dad talks to me the same way. it's all I know really. However, I only once handled my own report because the guy said just slay me. Otherwise, I wouldn't have touched it. I do a great job at that. Also, when I argued against Zell, I was also backed up by a few others ( I refuse to add names) and had a little enlightenment from saint that said "Well you did this right, but you coulda SAID it better." and yes I'm not good with English lang like saint knows.

Also, I admit to being wrong. A lot. Why do you think I MADE A THREAD saying I'd apologize to people? Though you never took me up on the offer yourself. And, no, I didn't put anything disrespectful in my response. "You're getting slain for claiming and killing me with no reason." That's a prediction: no influence or demand. Also, before I "Interpret a rule." I read it first and if it confused ask Saint himself. (I mean, he can tell you how often I poke him on TS3 for a rule.) Hunter and Anonymous were not claimed to my side. However, in admin chat, Hunter states "Thats a stupid reason to report." and "Yea it looks predictive, not demanding."

ANy "Influence" in admin chat for logs is usually saying "check log" and "Do reports please or my report." Monkey, what false rule have I pushed? I know once You called me out saying prop surfing to unreachable areas isnt kos" yet, I found it in rules and enforced it. Next, I dont let my own FRIENDS off the hook, why some stranger?

Finally, My response to the report demands nothing, predicts something, and you Charlemagne, misread what I said. There was no "I want or I demand" at all. I recognise you wanted an apology for me saying you were getting slain. I declined because I saw nothing wrong and it isn't in rules that state "You cannot call out or predict one's slay in a report."

I didn't disrespect you verbally, I didn't false slay you, I didn't take my own report, I didn't abuse, I checked with Saint over TS3 before hoping offline to check the legitimacy of the rules. I did everything to prove myself innocent in this matter. So, what rule did I break to be demoted?

In all honesty, this is just a flame war that needs to stop. We got off on the wrong foot at the beginning and I hate fighting with others. Let's not declare a winner of this one, pissing people off, and ignore it all. Do you want that as much as I? A fresh, beginning? I hate people saying I'm immature and stupid and things like that because I'm NOT. All A student in top 3 of class with perfect 4.0 GPA and 5.231 GPA. I have no friends in real life and poor social skills don't help much making online ones either. I want to learn unbelievably bad to make friends. How about I start over.

You misunderstood this entire post Tobi. No one cares how your parents talk to you. You do not act like the boss on a server on which you are only operator. I have beat you many times in rules and you never take into account humans. You turn into the victim the moment everyone looks at you and I have had it. You need to relearn the rules. When I have to call Zel for the same thing multiple times clearly their is an issue. No I said apologize for the clear influencing of the reports. I have seen you avoid slays on yourself until an admin gets on and has to do it. No I am not dropping this. I thought we settled this with Zel but clearly we have not. You have not learned anything and never ask people for their side. I watched you slay some one for "RDM" ounce but in reality it wasn't you didn't take the time to talk to kid until after the slay to find out that the guy he killed had prop killed another dude but it said the world killed him. That is a huge gap in error and I agree with monkey that you don't enforce the right rules. You even challenged me on this saying you would win but I am sick of letting you get away with this. You need to be held accountable for your actions. That pity party you throw is getting old. When we keep having to revisit this same issue over and over again clearly there is a problem. This has nothing to do with me being slain. I could care less. I have had admins ask me to slay myself to make their life faster and I have even slain myself to make up for issues. We have to fight you just to get certain rules enforced. Monkey is right that you miss layer the rules. You have punished people for no reason but instead of taking responsibility you just say "well the logs said this" but you never ask people what happened.

So it's clear you don't want to try. So, 1. Mr Anonymous and anybody I play with KNOW I don't "Influence rules." I predicted a slay and you threw a hissy fit because I called out, "You're getting a slay." I don't turn himself into a victim every time but I wanted to explain where my eng structure comes from. Hell, look at the point shop incident a while ago. I was supposed to be one banned but told saint who was behind it all. Also, this a new issue. Last time was it a "False slay" right. Saint sided with ME and it was too late to slay you because 1. You left 2. It had been 3 maps. Also, It doesn't matter "How the situation ended." If logs SHOW a guy getting massacred by someone without a bullet ever touching him and the guy says "you shot me" ITS A Slay. "You spooked me." Slay. And, I had a right to speak how I want because of 1.Freedom of Speech 2. I wasn't disrespecting you, a player, or your name, or your gameplay, in any manner. You threw a hissy fit over "You're getting a slay for claiming and shooting me first no reason." THATS WHAT YOU REACTED TO? DUDE. Then, you have the audacity to accuse me of handling my report? I never even hit f8 to look at the damn thing/I never told them what to do about it either. I used admin chat to remind anon 3 rounds later to look at it and that's it! like I said above, I didn't break or bend any ACTUAL rules from the rules. If it's not on that rule board, FAIR GAME. When I predicted a slay, it hurt your feelings and you were all "IM SICK OF THIS, YOU CANT TALK TO PEOPLE LIKE THAT AND ZELL AGREES and BLEH" But when I hopped on to talk to Zell, he got my story side copied from log and chat and said his opinion doesn't matter because he WASNT THERE! Good Luck trying to demote me btw with no proof or evidence saying I bend/ break rules. Any commands I run are consentual/

Ok so before this turns into another "Demote Jonpopnycorn" thread, I will say that a majority of the community dislikes BOTH of you. I suggest doing this through PM. @TrueCrimson all I had to do was read the first sentence of your second post and I gathered that you just don't like Tobi. Well guess what, neither do I! But at least he isn't a constant dick to staff 24/7.

Honestly I have no issue with Tobi but I'm not on that often.
Honestly Charlemagne when I play TTT and your on I find you highly annoying.
My suggestion is you 2 find a room on teamspeak and talk out your problems with a third party present

Did you just say admins do not know the rules? You are not above admins. That comments alone influences things that you do not have the authority to do. Tobi you miss understand every thing and by you using the term "log" the way you did shows my point. This has nothing to do with liking you since I have you muted and blocked on everything so it isn't hard to get away from you. You keep bringing up Mr.Anon but he sided that you can't type what you did. Everyone you mentioned actually has been with me for a long time and fed up with the way you run things. You disrespect everyone and we had this issue before. You have been karma banned and I have been playing TTT a lot longer. No other admin or operator acts like you. You want "proof" well you misunderstood this thread. This is about holding you accountable for your actions when there are numerous ones.

+vouch, Tobi has a lot of anger towards people breaking the rules. I think he needs to learn how to control it.
