The rule that started it all everyone. I ran into a room, got gunned down at the start of the round for no reason. I reported, predicting his slay, he threw a fit when I guessed correct, and here we are.

Hurting is a traitorous act which is killable for. Read rules. That's not twisting rules and it's not RDM.

this thread IS getting ridiculous and needs to be closed. Nothing is going nowhere and i don't believe any side is punishable in the first place. The argument is fairly invalid and can not be punishable in any harsh way. Just kiss, make up whatever you have to do but the problem hear is not bad enough to be reported not to be made a thread. This is something for @"Tobi Uchiha" and @TrueCrimson to figure out, not the community.

I want Tobi to chill out and take responsibility for his actions. The rules he has posted I have seen him break but I never see him punish himself. I just showed a thread about him being reported. I have multiple people siding saying his attitude is not that of a staff member. His only defense has been you RDMed but that is not the point of this thread. There are many people who share my views so clearly that shows there is marit to what I am saying so this clearly should not be ignored. Others are even claiming they have seen what I am talking about. The ones who disagree have only been here attacking me and have even gone outside this thread to attack me. That shows immaturity and clearly just being biased to this entire thing. I have never ounce claimed to always be right, and I am no saint. Everyone has broken the rules even admins. But other staff take responsibility and do not manipulate the rules in such an aggressive manner. I have shown a report agains him and Tobi has actually been karma banned from the server. So no this thread is going somewhere and other posting on it just prove my point when other admins even point out similar issues.

I will leave this to Saint of course, but Zel does know what I am talking about, but I have shown evidence of what I am talking about, have supporters, and have not been immature about this. But this is a real issue and Saint knows I do not hold bias opinions when reporting someone. If that was true others would be reported.

That's not how it works. It's only killable if they hurt you, and then continue firing at you, and not having one bullet spread to you for 5 damage and then throwing a hissy fit and killing or impairing them.

Shooting at another player that has not been KOS'd. (Doesn't specify a dmg requirement. You're wrong there)
Killing an innocent that was not KOS'd. (Which killing is also a process known as damaging which works into the kill or death.)

This disapproves your opinion how the rule SHOULD be and leaves it as "If said player dmgs you without a KOS on you, kill him." "Shot you, shoots at you, or barely works a 25 hp stab in, kill him" All of that is not an exception to the rule and is a REASONABLE excuse to kill someone. The rules don't say "only kill him if he keeps firing." That's why I'm responsible. I don't interpret much and I go by what's written and don't specify it. I leave it vague. If what happens is under the vague rule (Like being shot for x amt of damage with no reason is impairable, accident or not) You know where most of my operator experiences come from. The same problems you guys had where I was you but I lost. It was a rule and I've learned to enforce it properly.
