Description of offense and evidence (screen shots, logs, etc.): He vote-kicked me because he didn't want me to talk and claimed that I was mic-spamming even though I was talking normally with my mic a reasonable distance from my mouth. A lot of the other players were getting pissed at me because I was making a base taking over a large area so that was probably why a lot of people voted yes. I lost everything I was making because of him.

He didn't abuse any staff powers, and he isn't even staff. In this case, I don't see why you have a reason to report him. If the server voted yes, they probably had a good reason to.

I know you're upset over losing your building, but submit a report is generally reserved for staff abuse, not democracy kicking someone

um... he had his mic button down (litterally i looked at the time) for five mins, he has just arguing with everyone, and im suprised you said everyone was mad at you cause i was there and i only heard and saw people asking "whats that giant metal thing in the sky?"  and most people could care less about it. just like calm down man @_@. Me and some other admins (not gonna say who) were talking about admin stuff and one of them said "we thought XL would be a good admin but now hes gone kinda just crazy about it and being pissed for no reason." and i obviously agreed with them.

I was inside a building atm so I have no clue about the "giant metal thing" that was apparently in the sky. Anyway I had started coding an E2 and that's mainly the reason why I got pissed. Also, to Reaper and XL4tw, do you guys wanna work on project Atlas with me?

@"Reaperbrine" If you feel he's mic spamming, you do a votegag, not a votekick. Kicking someone for mic spam is only acceptable if they bypass the gag. Make sure you utilize the correct command in the future. Also your one post was only about 10% relevant, the rest of it was unneeded information. Let this report serve as a warning to be more careful with your commands.
@"『TXM』Xenon" If you get disconnected in the middle of coding an E2 in the future, you can load "shutdown.txt" to retrieve your code. It's probably too late now, but letting you know that in the future.

I wasn't there to see it, but if he was playing music or literally screaming loudly into his mic, those are justifiable reasons to gag him. If he's just using it a lot, that's not.
