A New Rule for Sandbox/Report on Trueno

+vouch I hate when people seal e2's you put so much hard work into them all just to be stolen by some random person. You lose all your hard coding work. I would love to see this as a rule.

Public: Any one can look at code
Friends only: Steam friends only (and admins?)

Not even remotely simple. It would require recoding a portion of the wire code, which would require all future updates to wire being manually merged. So no.

This is a very dumb idea, you can't even take people's e2 unless your buddies with them or your an admin, there's really no way of stopping this

Im pretty sure u can advance dupe them and Trueno is an admin and he did it so there clearly needs to be a rule for it or have Trueno be demoted.

I've tried using adv dupe for e2 and it does not work
