A round that I've seen in other servers was a hot potato like round where a t is randomly picked and the T's one job is to kill one person and then another person is randomly picked and so on

What happens if the traitor gets killed or the first traitor picked is AFK?

Traitor getting killed is the goal and I have never seen an afk so I don't know I guess it would play out in a normal round.

How did it manage to take you almost a month to reply to this?

anyhow, when the t dies the round ends. If it's an AFK then well, that's just it.

If an event is happening, the chances are not likely both Ts are AFK. 8 people for an event/ 2 Traitors. It'll be rare but maybe the other T can just get a kill land stall for the other T.
