In ttt some of the grenades are useless because of their delay, or they don't do their job.

Fixes needed for the smoke grenade,

  1. the grenade needs to be an on impact grenade.
Why say you're on TTT rooftops and there is a sniper shooting at you, and you decide to throw a smoke grenade to escape their pov. if it's delayed by the time it explodes your probably already dead. with an impact smoke grenade, it'll quickly detonate and you'll be able to flee
  2. Also, incend grenades should be on impact. if it were on the impact it would be more helpful on stalker because if it's delayed and your getting chased. the delay on the grenade could get you killed. b ut if it's impact the seconds saved b y instant detonation could mean life or death by a stalker.

since i  couldn't upload multiple images here are examples

That's why you hold the grenade in your hand to start the timer and then throw it when it will detonate by the time it gets there. This is something called skill and planning.

I dont think this is necessary because you can time the grenade as saint said.

Bouncing grenades to get them places not in your LoS is also a thing that this would prevent.

I dont see anything wrong with incends atm. Aside from the fact that I rarely see people use them, they're not hard to use. I don't think grenades should be on impact, that's not how it works. You need to wait a few seconds to throw it, so it explodes when you want it to. And what if someone throws a grenade at a ceiling or traps people in a room and throws it? Impact grenades in my opinion would be a terrible idea.
