Here's how I see it Cancer shouldn't have been muted/gaged in the first place... HE"S JUST JOKING AROUND!!! If someone is spamming admin chat, just kick them and ban them if they do it again. If they have all ability to contact anyone revoked, they obviously can't be trusted with anything else and serve no beneficial purpose.

I know this isn't the place to discuss this but @SaintLuther these things are only a temporary solution to a long term problems
temporary solutions have hardly ever worked in the past. we need a permanent solution.

I'm about 100% sure banning is a more permanent solution than temporarily muting their admin chat abilities.
