User propblocked, and changed names to avoid anything, and then claimed to have alts.

I can see he has a large base, but I don't see any proof that that was in spawn or some other area restricted from building bases

Actually the base is not that big. The base is behind spawn on Gm_freespace_13, but I have never had a problem with players building a base there. Unless he was blocking up another players base, I don't see any rule break going on here. Can you give a more detailed reason @"Goldbird"?

Unfortunately I do not have a picture proving the base is not his, but he admits to it in chat and claims to have alts. He also refused to stop until they let them in.

he propblocked a base that wasnt his and disguised it using the same material, nonetheless his alts claim is concerning

That doesn't even look like prop block. That looks like the entrance to a base, because it has a keypad and everything. Having a door to a base isn't against the rules.

I think he is saying that he prop blocked someone else's base
Also as a side note i don't think that keypad was even his.
