I only report serious violations (ex. alt accounts, power abuse, breaking law, etc.).

The point now is that besides grabbing an IP and releasing it to the public, he encouraged users to DDoS it.

There's a difference between the website working, and it actually DDoSing an IP. I tested both on one of my servers and neither website did anything.

nonetheless he did encourage people to DDoS the IP, and you never know when its gonna work or not. The website could have worked with someone else, even if it didn't work on your server.

grabbing ips isnt against no federal law nigger there is no proof I grabbed his ip I would like to see this proof I think you should be banned for 172
