What server do you want to be Admin or Operator on? Trouble In Terrorist Town

Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
Well, I'm usually on in the mornings and late afternoon and there's usually not much staff on so I have to use the Vote to ban thing if they continue the rdm after I vote to slay them next round. Sometimes it works out, other times it doesn't. When having a hard time on the server I call on Charles normally since he's usually one of the main people online. From what I see the server has a lot of staff but only a handful are usually on, and I would love to help.
Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.
I've owned 3 servers and have modded 4-5 servers ranging from TTT to sandbox. 
Do you agree to the admin rules stated in the Rules forum?

I agree and will follow them 100%.

Neutral. You seem fairly nice and responsible, but I'd have to get to know you some more. I'll be more active soon, so I'll be looking forward to that. The only concern I have is exactly how the situation with you and pwnzer/sora was handled. You sorta fought fire with fire, and if somebody's being super edgy and annoying on the server that way of dealing with them may not work. Part of being staff is understanding that certain people kust like to troll, and you can't let it get to you.
