Suggestion for all servers

So I was wondering how to solve the most common problem we have on all the servers: "there isn't always staff on" 
And I know we have the request system through NAdmin, but not everyone checks their e-mails or have it even signed up. We're more active on Steam, so if only it messaged us on Steam instead...

With this, we can have it set up so players in-game can send a Steam message to all the admins of the server (idk about operators, I think its a user defined list) and it's a quicker way to get an admin online when needed. It also says in the steam message what server they're connected to, to make it even easier to get on and solve the problem.

Only problem is it isn't free, it's $6.99 $4.99 (Sale). But what do you guys think?

I will add either a modified version of this, or something similar, and tie it into !request so that we don't have two different request systems. It will also be a requirement of staff to be friends with the bot and not have it blocked.

It can do both, but only doing TS instead of both wouldn't be a good idea since not all staff are on TS when they're on their computer (even though that would be ideal)

I think that's what it costs to implement, not to use every time
