4 were not forgiven. I actually changed my report to being kept, after watching the death scene where you shot me, saw you were shooting me and continued to shoot. I saw no want to stop in that situation. The person you kept RDMing due to "loss of points" asked you to stop and clearly showed that he did not want that to occur. You RDMed him 3 rounds in a row. This was 4 RDMs on one map.

Guess you didn't read this. Also I did say that by word of mouth incase no one heard me for whatever reason. You were in the wrong. You took no slays for it though. I just wanted it to be known since I couldn't just change it and couldn't handle my own report since George was on.

Either way, you were RDMing that whole map and with 3 RDMs in a row at the end of the map, I gave you a 3 day ban in order to keep the peace that you weren't maintaining.

Whether or not an RDM is forgiven, it can still fall under the designation of RDM. The rules do not specify forgiveness of reports explicitly so it is up to the staff member. As far as I can tell, Darth was completely in the right for banning you as you did RDM 5 times.

As far as the rules go, the reports have little to no bearing on the final decision of a staff member. They are a guideline, and a bookkeeping tool. They are not law.

P.S. Honestly, I'm not even sure why George or Darth forgave you in the first place. I'll chock it up to pity.

I was shooting at you because there was glass and i thought you couldn't shoot through glass. No i did take a slay for it and your removed some of them because i guess you felt like abusing by removing the slays that were placed on me. How did you change you forgiven back?

For your first slay in the RDMs, it was for one on Zytrol. It was after the first one, I gave you 2 slays. "RDM + No Remorse" but it was at the start of the round after the RDM took place. This meant you were allowed another round which you proceeded to kill Zytrol for "That second slay Darth put on me" which by time I got to that report, you were already slain. I removed the slays to see if you would try to kill Zytrol again and that round you would've been slain, you killed Zytrol again. I never had you slain for your RDM through a window. I couldn't put a slay on you for that because it was MY REPORT and I can't handle MY REPORT while other staff are on.

Lastly, your message to Zytrol, you aren't helping your case by calling him retarded.

To your message to Eevee, us staff are allowed to take our own course of action on some subjects. There is no set rule about things, so we are allowed to improvise. Like with Mic Spamming. If you mic spam, I am allowed to ignore you, tell you to stop, or gag you. I don't necessarily need to warn you, but its courtesy that some staff might give you over others. With the RDM, I don't have to count all the forgiven reports, but nevertheless, they still are reports. Why does it matter if I do or don't count them? You still had 5 RDM cases on you on a Single map.

So your saying if if you rdm a friend and they are fine with it and you do it 5 time it is still rdm so therefore ban? Yeah killing the minecraft guy i did on purpose but i dont think three rdms should equal a ban. forgiven reports should not be used against the accused because if the op/admin doesnt like the person that RDMedthey would slay him even if he was forgive. You catch my drift? also i didnt remove my insult
