Description of Offense + Evidence: On TTT last night, Demonik was abusing the vote capabilities and ended up in someone wrongfully getting slain for no reason other than his given reason of "brown". Upon being asked why he did this, he told me "This is a democracy and by vote I can do this." I also found he had performed 3 accounts of RDM alongside his false slay which could be considered as Mass RDM, but I wasn't sure if wrong Voteslays are equal to RDM. My request (if applicable) is Mass RDM banning of Demonik and a removal of his voting privileges.

Two of Three of his reports were cancelled, but it was declared a "joke kill" and the reports were cancelled, but they were still RDMs.

The majority of the votes and reports are between @"卐Demonik1卐" and @TheDiamondMiner. Actually the only instance of interaction between @"卐Demonik1卐" and someone else was with you, but you didn't screenshot the details of that report so I can't tell what it was about. If he was karma banned I would have upheld it for being an idiot, but by the looks of it no one besides @TheDiamondMiner was affected and I'm guessing he consented to it.

the 3 rdms you speak of dont matter since they were not in the same round, every vote i made that went through i declined except for 1, thats the only part of this report i see that i can be punished on.

lets just wait for a OFFICAL response from XL4tw before going on with this report

When asking XL, he did not want the aslay from Demonik and didn't want the spectate. Demonik seemingly kept targeting XL, but his RDMs, two of them weren't forgiven, I read wrong. He was reported by Keo, Me, and Grim. The Grim one he did as a joke. Keo and I were RDMed by him for no reason.

RDM is RDM in my opinion.

The voting things were all an issue of him trying to be funny.

Now to answer your comment, 3 RDMs + 1 False Aslay on the SAME MAP = Mass RDM.

RDM - Killing someone on suspicion or for no reason

That is straight from the TTT rules and you technically killed Zytrol with no reason through the use of Aslay.

Okay, so what happened is Demonik did a voteslay without asking me, I didn't say it was okay, as he just did it, but I didn't really mind. I did though asked @Darth Zan if he could just add a slay. He did so, I talked to Demonik, he said he wouldn't do it again, he got punished and everyone was happy... Then this report came up, and that is my side, I do not feel like Demonik should get all his permissions removed. I didn't really mind, he got punished, and that is it.

He still did it without consent. He caused a death without consent and it wasn't okay on your end. Just because I slay someone for their RDM doesn't mean that RDM goes away which is what you are trying to argue. Demonik RDMed you with that aslay and even though I RDMed him for it, it still goes towards both his Mass RDM and his Vote abuse.

He was using it on his friends, sure, but I was online if any slays needed to be handled and he was ruining the game by doing so. There are two major issues with Demonik and even if it was with friends, it shows he was still willing to do it and I don't think that should be forgiven especially as he decided to try to voteslay bleakc right after and would've had I not decided to call him on it. This was still a bad move and even if Demonik is your friend, he still broke rules and you need to acknowledge that he shouldn't do it rather he promised not to use his voteslays on you, he still will do it to others as he has shown.

yes, I do agree. This can be up to you guys since this is out of my reach as I am not (currently) staff.

False voteslay is not rdm... that's a huge stretch to say that it is. At most he had 3 RDMs, which I would assume he was punished for appropriately at the time.
