So he made himself tiny in PAC? Did he kill anyone? If he didn't, it's not against the rules.

to see how many kills a player has, press TAB then go to their player name and looks at how many kills they have.

What if they killed, then went into build mode and did that with his pac? He would then have kills lol.

yeah its not easy without video. the second best thing you can do is go after him yourself and take a screeenshot during the combat.
