Members make a request to add a song to the list of available songs to queue. Staff approve or deny it.
Members and up can play songs for 250 LFG points. Staff not needed.
Also it can be muted client-side so if they don't wanna listen to it they can simply turn it off.
If no admins are on, then there's nobody to approve songs to be added to the list of available songs. Members can still play songs currently added to the list though.

there is the ability to change the position of hats in point shop, is it possible to be able to modify the position of an effect hat? if so please add it. for me, effect hats are in the middle of my screen and are annoying

Yes

Very unlikely. Particles are different than models and I don't see any way of allowing them to be adjusted. It's possible to hide their effect from your perspective, but allow everyone else to still see them.
