Description of offense and evidence (screen shots, logs, etc.): on costruct i built a ramp outside of spawn i might add and char went on this and and told me to turn it 90 degrees. I did cos he was mad then kicked me for doing so. He pgaged me then for saying he donated for admin. Then i spawned my ramp again cos it wasnt breaking rule prop killed one person and didnt do it anymore. Then he was afk and when he came back a few people said i was propkilling so he decided that he was to retarded to investigate so he banned me immediately. some evidence could be logs and the members that were on.

Admins may not immediately go to maximum punishment when it comes to rule breaking, especially if you claim its an accident. This is the only part where i see @TrueCrimson is in the wrong in this report.

He received multiple warning. I did not go right to punishments. You earned it by constant prop pushing, spam, and killing.

So hear is one problem i didnt spam props nor did i push. My ramp clearly stated it you get prop killed or pushed it is no ones fault but your own. You only warned me to remove my ramp although it didnt break any rules. I only prop kill one guy and you warned me and i did it no more.

I got banned for calling him a nigger in the chat after server crashed (5 hours) and apparently I had multiple warnings.
I was not warned one time, and another person was continually spamming with no consequences.

Ban Reason: disrespect after multiple warnings

He also gagged me for saying I was an adam, as a small child was pronouncing it wrong, and then muted me for asking for an unmute. After this he warned me because I had only admin chat to talk to him and I used it. That may have been stupid but just because what I did in response is doesn't mean his initial actions weren't.
