Why were you banned?: First I got gagged for watching a video in the background (Because I have my "X" Macro keyed), so then I tried to tell him, but he didn't cooperate, and called me Gay. After rejoining, He instantly perma- gagged me. 
Why should you be unbanned?: Because I Did not do anything wrong, and he insulted me at the same time.


(I know this forum is for unbans only, but I couldn't find one for ungag. I know I'm probably going to get this thread thrown into spam, and revive a warning.)

letting your mic play background noise is still mic spam, so you're wrong.

This would be LTAP if anything with is banned for a day not pgag usually. Pgagging is usually for constant offenders who won't stop mic spamming after being gagged. He should just have been regagged or banned for trying to leave. Pgag seems strict.

Except you can't gag for a day, it's either permanent or until the map changes (or they rejoin).

Yeah I know but he admitted to leaving and rejoining (meaning we can just ban him for the day). I don't know this guy really so i won't lose any sleep over the choice made her. But I have just not pgagged some one for rejoining. I pgag people who don't shut up after being gagged before and warned.

You silly goose. I permanantly gagged you because you have a history of micspam, leaving to avoid punishment, and you weren't learning from a simple gag. 
You need to stay gagged for at least 2 days.
