My arguments against Charlemagne, and why he is a bad admin

Screw it. Since is about me I'll shit on my self a little and put my self on blast here. I am not perfect nor do I claim to be. I have my problems like anyone else and I never claimed to be "worlds greatest admin." I follow the rules and that is it. People who get to know actually see that I'm not a bad guy and you are just calling me out because you don't get along with me. If you don't talk to me then I have no reason deal with you. I don't make you talk to me. If you need me I help you. Feel free to not talk to me, I don't make you but if anyone reads chats logs I actually commended you yesterday for not being cancer. But you seem to ignore that I said you were being good and thanked you for it.

People who know me know I always work on improving myself believe it or not but you need to stop trying demonize me.

I even say sorry for riding your ass so much but you need to realize I have told you how not to interact with me and you don't seem to care. You keep trying to blame me for problems you cause.

trust me, there's a LOT of people who say the n-word. pixel, demonik and pwnzer just do it frequently, but plenty of people just casually say it whenever.

Anyways my opinions: 
1. charl does in fact do more than deal with minor rule breakers. yesterday he banned someone for trying to crash the server. (and no, this isn't his first time).  

2. he does have a friendly side which is chill and helpful.. but he also has a different side.

3. the other side of charl is ugly tbh. im not saying you have to act friendly to everyone 24/7, but there are times when you are over the top about the smallest things, and I don't mean with your voice. If you dont like a certain player, you just punish them for small things, and is sometimes unfair.  (for example, you were punishing pwnzer because he called you the n-word, but when pixel was saying it every time he said something in chat, you didnt care).  if you have a member that you don't like and you are less fair and just constantly have a negative attitude towards them, they wont have any good vibes towards you either.

And with the small things that isn't true. Longterm harassment does not just vanish. Pixel just says he hates them and he isn't calling me one ever. I also have been ignoring them. You don't deal the with same problems I deal with. You only see sandbox I don't. Instead of acting like you know the entire thing you actually ask me why. Long term BS is just as bad. If someone is constantly breaking rules they don't just get a clean slate magically the next day. I don't gag them for using the word I gag them for admin disrespect because I have made it quit clear to people not to call me that. You make it sound like I go out of my way to interact with them when I just posted I don't and ignore them as much as I can.

1.  I feel like Charlemagne, or @TrueCrimson, is never actually on when there's serious rule breakers. That's handled by members, or other admin. I can't prove that he's using something such as neutron to determine whether anyone's breaking rules and whether or not he's using that data to make sure to avoid it, but I can certainly say I have never actually seen him deal with anything above micspam or chatspam.

2. He's extremely disrespectful to many others but as soon as anybody insults him slightly, he gets extremely angry and starts telling them to stop arguing and disrespecting admins. Let me just say here, neither in Sandbox, Prophunt, or TTT there are any rules against admin disrespect, just arguing with admins, and he twists that much that simply having an opinion that he does not share may result in a mute, or permamute if he has "warned you" enough times. I do have to commend you for having no rule against admin disrespect @SaintLuther, people really only should have respect if they can earn it.

3. Charlemagne seems to think he's being "forced" to be an admin when people tell him they don't like how he admins. The only real thing that he does is join to ruin the fun, yet he has a "Holier-than-thou, Mightier-than-though, Better-than-thou" attitude. I've only seen him act like he's an equal with some admins and @SaintLuther, as well as the consultant and most likely the advisors I imagine.

Those are my main reasons, as well as the fact that he's extremely prejudiced against me and some others, waving a power wand like pmuting me for a minute as some sort of threat.

Now im going to explain why Pwnzers arguments are pretty much pointless or dumb. I highlighted some key phrases that will pretty much help explaining

1. First of all the fuck are you complaining about? how do you expect him to deal with rule breakers when he is not even on the server. You dont see me complaining at (for example) @UHC for not dealing with a rule breaker when he isnt even on the server, because the would be unfair and illogical.

You said he deals with micspam or chatspam, you are basically saying he is doing his job, you might not have seen him dealing with "anything above micspam or chatspam" but you still said you have seen him dealing with micspam or chatspam which means he is doing his job, which makes the argument pointless.

2. Well if you start insulting him what do you expect? do you think he will say "thank you"? of course he is going to disrespect you if you start disrespecting him. When someone tells you something like "kill yourself you stupid nigger" do you reply something like "thank you, yes im a stupid nigger"?. Also i want to point out that if you are disrespecting him and he tells you to stop but you dont stop, thats arguing with an admin.

3. Lets talk about irony, you are being prejudiced against him too, since he dosent act like he is superior with everyone but admins and people with a higher rank, i have seen him act normally with guests and members as well.

If you put quotes that were ONLY from my post in a box that had my name at the top I doubt there would be much confusion.
