Why should you be unbanned?: I votebanned Gaspy for 1440 Minutes for Mass Spawnkill Because I saw him not only kill me but kill 4 other people at spawn. After that An LFG member told me he wasnt doing anything when not only was I killed by him but I saw him kill 4 others and I looksed at both the killfeed and his nametag to make sure I had the right guy. Another member votebanned me for Vote Ban Abuse when I did nothing wrong.

This is a very interesting fabrication of the story. I was in discord with Gaspy and invited him on the server. At the time you claimed he was "Mass Spawnkilling" he was trying to get to another planet. He did not mass spawnkill and has spent enough time on the server to know not to do that, you simply banned the wrong person and refused to admit your mistake. When I pointed out it was not him, you then threatened to vote ban me and "have my member removed because I'm friends with the owner!"

Therefore, not only did you wrongly accuse my friend of spawnkilling, but you threatened to voteban me for arguing with you about it and claimed you would have my member removed (which i've had for over a year with no previous complaints iirc) because you were "friends with the owner."

Okay, Im laughing In my seat right now asking myself if Billcat is smoking crack or something. I did voteban Gaspy because he did kill me and 4 others at spawn. That part is ture I did voteban Gaspy and rightfully so. But the threatening to voteban you and have your member removed? Man does that sound like a story that a COD Kid would create. Let me explain a few things,
A) I dont threaten people with getting their member status removed
B) Im only acquainted to the owner
C) I dont threaten to voteban people
D) I votekick first unless Its Mass Propkill/Spawnkill
E) He was near spawn when I started the vote, I know this because I saw him after I started the vote. He was still in the same place with his shotgun
Let me put this in short. I'm not friends with the owner Im only acquainted, I dont threaten with either votebans nor member status removal and On top of all of that I have a witness, Chinaball. Billcat, face it you only got mad because your friend broke a rule and got banned for it and you wanted to get your revenge. Listen, banning people sucks for me too but at the end of the day it is my job as well as many other Members, Mods, and Admins to make the server enjoyable for everyone. I rest my case here and say that I did what was right and banned a Spawnkiller, and even though he was your friend, it comes down to he was ruining the server experience for everyone.

I find it very funny that Chinaball of all possible people is here defending you, given the fact that he has threatened the exact same threats against me multiple times on multiple occasions. Gaspy has been grinding hours so he can apply for his member status. I've been a member for over a year and active for the past 2 days, and in those two days I've tried to voteban/votekick, what, 4 people total? You're pulling the "abusive and corrupt" out of your ass.

Please, show me a video of Gaspy spawnkilling. Oh wait, you can't, because he never did. Show me a video of me being an "abusive and corrupt member." Oh wait, you can't, because I'm neither. You falsely banned my friend then you and china (who I did not mention early as I figured he had no relation to you) then wave around your statuses and who you are "friends" with like a medal.

TL;DR Two toxic people defending each other on the forums with 0 evidence.

EDIT: You can even see that both of them -repped me, because they are that toxic. Chinaball literally upvoted Beverage for "not abusive like Billcat." These two are clearly just angry that one of them was punished for their misdeeds.

Listen, I dont unrightfully ban. As I said earlier, I hate banning people, but I have to do what I have to do. I always make sure that
A) They were the right person
and B) that they were Doing something wrong
We dont have evidence for the reason that I didnt know you would turn around and voteban me after rightfully votebanning your spawnkilling friend. If you ask any of my friends you'll know that I'm a kind and respective person. I came here to do what's right, not make enemies. I rightfully banned your friend, and you unrightfully banned me. I get that you were angry about your friend but at the end of the day, Im here to do good on this server and you should too.
Billcat, neither me nor Chinaball threatened to voteban you or take away your membership status. You say you've been a member for over a year but to be honest I dont think you're telling the truth. Sure, you joined the forum a year ago but I don't know when you got your Member status. Just accept the fact that you cant mark me as a bad person for the fact that I am not. The reason I became member is to ban people like Gaspy, who ruined the experience for others. Listen, if this voteban doesnt get appealed I can accept because I have no evidence, but at the end f the day I know I did right. I rest my case here and Im going to go eat dinner.

Could you please elaborate on how I've "recently broken the rules?" The last time I was banned was, what, June 2017? The same month I got my member status. Literally all I do is hop on occasionally when I'm bored and kill people with tanks/drones/guns. Last time I played you needed 24 hours to apply for member and member status was hard to get, meaning you had to write an application on why you needed it, and the 24 hours playtime was to show you weren't some random troll trying to get the good drones. This guy was salty that my friend kept killing him when he was trying to build his train so he just banned him for "spawnkilling" even though they were a good distance away from spawn and at the time of the ban Gaspy had stopped killing him.
