I was playing gold rush in the LFG deathrun server as a death, I got to the first trap first and none of the other deaths said anything about it.
Then Taenic kicked me for getting juked to hard and trap stealing. I joined back and was about to tell him what happened but he muted and gagged me until we changed maps and said "I dont want to hear anything from you." One of the players in the chat said its abuse but taenic said it was semi aboose

Then we changed to the Simpsons map and Taenic played the bekfast remix over and over and I simply said mic spam and he muted and gagged me again and told me it was a dj pass I got from saint luther, why did he have to gag and mute me for that, he could have just told me he has a dj pass because I didnt know. When we changed to the helix map he continued to play that annoying song, and a few operators got on like cdog and they tried to gag him but he had admin shield and then him and one of the other operators got into and argument over the dj pass.

Also I was told im on the watch list for physical ghosting, and no one told me the second reason clearly, but it was something like jose an operator told me to stop talking and I didnt, 1. I didnt even know what physical ghosting was until someone told me it when you type in kill in the console has ghost 2. I seriously dont remember jose talking to me, he must have typed it in chat and i didnt see it or something

While yes i did this but you were breaking the rules you cant trap steal you had stole from me three times i told you to stop twice then i had to kick you for trap stealing and the you got juked to hard was ment a joke yesterday and i have never said i have gotten a "dj pass" i mean wtf is that i have never heard of that i do play songs sometimes but not that much and they arent even that long the one i played yesterday was 24 seconds long then i had left and no i did put you on the watchlist on accident i had removed you when i found out it wasnt you im sorry for that. Music shouldn't be played over your mic ever, especially when you're supposed to be the one enforcing the rules. I have also heard multiple people tell me you claim to have a "dj pass" which is obviously untrue. I don't think there was any problem with kicking him for trap stealing, but I don't think it was required to gag and mute him because from what I've seen he wasn't mic spamming or chat spamming.
