Was permanently banned and demoted on 11/05/18 for repeatedly crashing the server.
At some point I unbanned him, I think someone paid it off with LFG Points.
He has made 3 spam Membership applications since then.

A permaban is a permaban, no workarounds. It was given for a reason and that should not be ignored.

Referring to me in what way?  How is him crashing the server at all related to me in what way?  Are you even using your brain at this point or is it on auto-pilot?

I find it funny how you say that he's using people to swing the vote when you all came at once and voted the same way, you all share the same brain.

This is a terrible example, I was permanently banned from LFG Sandbox at one point and got it lifted the same way Deuce got his lifted, through the polling system and forgiveness.  So yes there is a workaround.

Using your logic if a ban is a ban then we might as well just remove the ban appeal section and upheld every single one of them.
