Please give a detailed reason why you should be operator or admin.
I have a lot of experience with gmod. I've also been a member since 2016 (4 years). I vibe with people most of the time and don't take everything too seriously. I also play cs:go so I'm an expert on toxicity. I'm also way more active than before.

Please describe any previous admin or operator experience.
I've moderated on multiple communities. the biggest one being civant gaming with 60 players a day. a lil of minecraft moderation too. I also got 4000 hours of gmod play hours.

Edit:I'm confused by "doesn't show admin qualities" I don't show admin qualities because i'm a Donator/user. The admins are there for a reason. It's like saying "Huh this dude on the street doesn't show many cop qualities" because he's not a cop.
