Well, even though you say they're 10 seconds apart, there's no way to tell if they are. (Steam timestamp says 2 minutes) There's also no evidence of him using invisibility to kill people.

This is why you record things like this. The pictures do show bengis's signature 2d textscreen above his head, and he is not visible before he killed you, and he suddenly is after. I would suggest its a pac glitch that happens, but bengis decided to point out hes still pac banned. So it is very likely he used e2 to make himself invisible. If he has an explanation to provide, ill read it
