removing some addons again

These are addons that I think should be removed from LFG. I'll give an explanation why I think each one should be removed. If theres any you want removed, feel free to post in the comments with a poll

-gm_simplytrain and the magnums trakpak. magnums trakpak was made for maps for maps that will use these tracks. and the only map sbox that uses this is gm_simplytrain, a pretty mediocre map that hasn't gained interest from our players. the addon size is only 12 mb, but what's the point of keeping either of these?

-CW ATOW. I realize this is a controversial one and I have nothing against this addon, but I do have a reason for putting it on here. before we added more khris cw and arc cw, these guns were some of the best. they had the best stats compared to most of the other guns. after we added those guns though, the new weapons are the huge focus. On top of that, I hardly see it being used. I could just not be seeing it, and the amount is definitely not 0, but things like khris cw and arc cw gave a lot more to offer. there's also something that I didn't even know until the workshop update which showed the actual size of addons. it turns out these guns aren't 300mb, the combined content and base pack is 700mb. I don't want to remove this pack because its bad, I suggest removing it because its become underused for such a large amount of mb.

-smartweld: I'm not putting it here because no one uses it, I'm putting it here, because its caused the server on more than one occasion to crash because many people don't understand how to use it. even those that do still screw up. This addon has just caused more server crashing instead of being a decent build tool.

-Overhauled Radial Menu: I have no way of knowing if people even use this, but there's no real point in keeping it. Yes, its a real small addon, but unlike other tools like make spherical which have a fun gimmick to use every now and then, this one (according to some players I've talked to) don't even realize its a thing.

- cw 2.0 glock 17, soviet shotguns, spas-12 and double barrel shotgun. another collection of weapons that's been outperformed by arc cw. the soviet shotguns are 44mb and only contain 3 ok guns. the glock-17 was mistaken to be a full auto glock, but it turned out
to be semi-auto only. even Shelby the one who suggested it said he didn't realize and wasn't a fan of it. The spas-12 was a fun gun and did a decent job, but has since fallen to the wayside. same thing for the double barrel shotgun. each addon alone isn't much in size, but together they are 60mb.

this grants a lot more space for extra suggestions, which eventually i will use as an advantage to bump my car suggestions, although during these times about two people aren’t in fond of my suggestions, since that just adds 100-200 mb depending if i add one or two car packs
on the other hand, it’ll increase performance by a lot
CW ATOW is a major one to remove, since people nowadays use ARCCW, and nobody is in fond of old weapons
Other than cars, this can grant more space for more weapons, and certainly nice stuff

I prefer to use cw atow sniper rifles, cause half of the sniper rifles in arccw scopes make everyone appear 32 bit, which is not really good.

You can turn off cheap scopes in q menu options in arc cw category
