Sandbox Cleanup

We have quite the Sandbox addon bloat, totaling over 6GBs (I believe this is uncompressed, not the download size)
This is causing players to give up joining the server when it takes too long.

Suggest below what we should remove. There are also a lot of dead addons on that csv that should be removed along with other addons that were supposed to work with them.

4. I think we should just remove simfphys all together because there are better vehicle addons we can use that have been made in the past couple years.

3: Yes, keep Actmod, its still fun (this goes for the other addons it needs, ill skip over those)
4: Simfphys as a whole should probably go. The tanks are fun, but newer vehicle bases have been added and simfphys is really falling behind (ill also skip over all the simfphys addons as well)
5: Keep Sprops, some of the addons not shown here use them (I think?), and we might break them
6: I wont miss these tbh
7: Remove, along with any of the guns that still use cw 2.0
10: Its fun to use I don't think this should go
11: I think we should keep arc cw and the other arc cw guns, since some of the most amusing ones like gatekeeper and mortars use that.

Ok, let's just go with what we agree on:

Remove SS3 SWEPs
Remove all simfphys addons
Remove all CW 2.0 addons
Remove CoD explosive pack

This should save us a couple gigs at least, I will update once complete
